Extended Due date for Corporate Returns – no further extensions available

This is the final deadline for corporate returns (Form 1120 and Form 1120S).  There are no further extensions available, and if these returns are not timely filed, a hefty penalty will apply.  Please provide us with your complete tax return info at least a month in advance of the deadline, to ensure that we can complete your return on time and avoid the penalties.
