Chechele Law is a licensed real estate title agent, serving clients and closing real estate transactions anywhere in the State of Florida. Our underwriter is the Attorney’s Title Fund through its joint venture with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Our real estate closing services are available to our clients as well as to non-clients. We welcome the opportunity to serve the real estate community and receive referrals from all Florida realtors for closing services.
Our fees are competitive and often identical with those of our competitors (whether attorneys, or non-attorney title companies). We will always provide a pro-forma closing statement at your request, and on short notice, to allow you to serve your clients efficiently to provide all the up-front information they need to make an informed decision about a real estate purchase or sale.
It is our goal to partner with you to in closing all your transactions simply, efficiently, and timely! We are TRID and RESPA compliant, and are cleared with all major lenders to close their loans as a part of a purchase and sale transaction. Our workflow system is highly organized and efficient, from the receipt of contract and escrow to post-closing and follow-up.
Samantha is available to speak to groups of realtors on topics of interest, that are within her area of expertise, including FIRPTA, business entity planning and taxation for real estate professionals, working with foreign buyers and sellers, and the real estate closing process under TRID.
